I feel like I am back at Thanksgiving because everything seems like it's been a blur in fast forward ever since then. I remember preparing for Thanksgiving dinner and before I realized it, it is the middle of January. I am looking forard to the inaugeration. It is minus 17 degrees today and my water is frozen. If this is the worst thing that happens, I will be happy. Hope that the slow board means everyone is trouble free.

I was sick for a couple weeks but am pretty much over it now. Hope everyone is having a peaceful New Year. Looking forward to the inauguration, as well, but wonder just what is in store for everyone. I have been getting back to my crocheting. I am making an afghan for my mother for her bed in the nursing home. Here is a pic I took a couple days ago..... Still only about 1/3rd of the way finished but I should have it done for her birthday on the 29th. So what is everyone ELSE up to?
